The Design Build process allows the owner to dictate his needs and desires in the planning of his project from the time he makes initial contact with one of our estimators until the project is completed. His desires and needs are relayed to our Design Build team consisting of an architect and other specialists in all of the major trades. Our team will evaluate the proposed building site, develop preliminary drawings and prepare a detailed proposal describing the scope of work, materials/equipment to be used and estimated costs of the project.

Single point responsibility for the owner will reduce construction time and overall costs of the project.
Allows contractor maximum flexibility in the scheduling of material deliveries and supervision and control of subcontractors which in turn provides for more efficient construction flow.
Allows contractor to select trade specialists who have proven track records with our company and will be available for any service needs after project completion.
The owner incurs no costs for the design work or proposal. Costs are only incurred for work completed after acceptance of the proposal and execution of the contract.
