LaFave’s Construction has an unlimited General Contractor’s license in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia and is fully insured and bonded in these states. As safety is always a top priority on every project, we require every employee to participate in our award-winning, safety program. Also, we require drug screening on all prospective employees and do random screening of current employees without notice. In addition to drug screening, we require background screenings, and we are an E-Verify employer.
